Based on the book The Lives of the Mayfair Witches by Ann Rice, Mayfair Witches is the story of neurosurgeon Rowan Mayfair who learns she is the descendant of many powerful witches haunted by a dark spirit.

This is the home of Rowan’s guardian agent, Ciprien Grieve. His high-security industrial loft serves as Rowan’s safe house. Patchwork as-steel windows, brick condition, and flooring match an existing location. Interior millwork and details range in era and style from Victorian (bedroom doors) to Art Deco (fireplace) to contemporary (bedroom millwork).
